We would love to get your kids involved in the ministry here at Cornerstone.
We have an amazing Children’s ministry and offer a range really neat ministries.
Our weekly Sunday School Ministries
- 3 Years Old - 5th Graders
Our Sunday School Ministries teach Scripture and Methodist teachings in a way that is applicable and fun for kids of all ages. Each class is a little different and help kids learn in a way that is meaningful to their ages.
- 3&4Years Old
This Class is heavy on the fun.They learn a Bible story each week and have of crafts, music and other activities that reinforce the lesson.
- Kindergarten thru 2nd Graders
In this class, the children begin to use the bible to locate scripture for the lesson. Bible stories with fun activities that are suitable for this age are incorporated into each lesson.
- 3rd thru 5th Graders
This Class still has a lot of fun with higher energy and critical thinking games, but also focuses on learning how to use the Bible and what it says for Christians today.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
We offer a time during our 10:45am Worship Services for Children to leave and have a style of Church geared just for them. This is open to 4 years old to 8 years old. We study the same scripture that the adults are studying in Worship. We also have a hands on craft and some other time fillers. We bring the kids back to the Worship Center once the sermon is finished.
CHILDREN'S OUTINGS
During the summer months, we typically offer a fun outing for children in our ministry (preschool thru 5th grade). We do everything from going to the movies, games at ITZ to jumping at trampoline parks. We normally do this the last Saturday of the month, but days may vary based on availability.
These are great events to come have some fun and get connected with other kids. First time visitors are always welcome to join us for these fun outings. For more information contact Ashante at children@cornerstonegmc.org

Children's Trunk or Treat
We open our doors each year and welcome families into our church for a time of fun crafts, activities, games, food, trick or treating & more.
Children's Christmas Activities
Christmas caroling, a waffle breakfast, a Happy Birthday Jesus event and our annual Deck the Halls event are just some of the ways we celebrate the birth of our Savior!
